My District/Aana

Adamitullu Jiddo Kombolcha is located in 160 Km south of Addis Ababa, where tourist areas like langano, Yakona, Zeway lake etc are located. The District consists of about 38 PAs and four large and small semi towns urban towns including Batu/Zeway cpital of the District.The majority of the people (98%) living in the district is Oromo with its beautiful cultural background.The livelyhood in the rural area mostly depends on agricultural activities including small farmers irrigation along lake Danbal/Batu. Like the other part of ethiopia the people inn the district depends on subsistence type of Agriculture.

There are many social services in the District/Aana aimed at community development .SEDA is one of the social organizations working in the rural area.The organization is working intensively in the district in the area of livestock production and irrigation of Agroforestry produces.
